I am a 20 year active duty Coast Guard engineer that is retiring in the Greenville area next summer.  After 6 years home brewing I decided to jump into the business and have been a brewer in Florida (Saint Somewhere Brewing) and Virginia (Fairwinds Brewing) in both startups and in full production facilities capacities.  Currently working three jobs; Father/Husband to my wonderful wife and three sons, Engineer in the USCG, and actively brewing beer (gypsy brewing at Thomas Creek 2-3 days/nights/weekends a week).  We are in the process of inking our space and currently raising capital to fill it with our saisons and assorted ales.
